Reservations and Room Rates: The LPA nightly group rate is $79 plus 14% tax. Room reservations must be made by March 9th, 2012 to lock in the LPA room rate. Reservations must be made by telephone. Please call 877-574-7260 and ask for the Little People of America group rate.

Fee Waiver: For those attending their first regional or those that might find it difficult to afford the cost for this regional please contact Dan Verscha BEFORE sending in your registration for a registration fee waiver. The fee waiver must be approved by Dan and only applies to LPA registration costs; you must also be a paid member of LPA to be eligible. Hotel, meal and miscellaneous expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

Hotel Information: Located just west of downtown Chicago, and only 13 miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the Hyatt Place Chicago/Schaumburg is centrally located to popular area attractions including Woodfield Mall, IKEA, Lynfred Winery, and Schaumburg Flyers’ Stadium. For sports fans, the Schaumburg hotel offers easy access to West Meadows Ice Arena and Arlington Park Racetrack. For business travelers, the hotel is within close proximity to the Zurich, Motorola, Beckman Coulter, IBM, Pepsi and ADP offices.

Parking: Plenty of complimentary onsite parking is available.

Weekend Events: The weekend will kick off with our usual Friday night hospitality suite with food and beverages. Several onsite events for all ages are planned such as, Saturday kid’s room and parent meeting, the teen hangout and Saturday night banquet and DJ/dance. Dr. Pauli appointments will not be available at this regional.

Outside the Hotel: LEGOLAND® Discovery Center is an indoor world of hands-on LEGO fun combining model building opportunities and unusual construction challenges with theme park-like attractions such as a Technicycle Ride, Dragon Ride, Adventure Trail, and a 4D Cinema. Woodfield Mall: Shop at the finest collection of department stores and specialty shops in the Great Lakes region. For more information on the distinctive collection of shopping, dining and entertainment at the mall. Both of these are just 1 mile from the hotel.
