LPA District 6 & 9 Spring Regional

Friday, April 5th
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM          Registration (Outside of rooms 4/5/6)
Pick up pre-registration materials or register onsite during this time.

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM          Hospitality Suite (Rooms 4/5/6)

8:00 PM - Midnight Dance (Rooms 4/5/6) – DJ Tyler Buterbaugh

Saturday, April 6th
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Registration (Outside Meeting Rooms 2 & 3)

8:15 AM – 12:15 PM       Children’s Room (Platinum A)
The children’s room will be staffed by local volunteers. We encourage parents to drop their children off during both the parent meeting and general assembly. The children’s room also gives kids of all sizes and ages a chance to interact with others their own age. Please note the children’s room is designed for kids aged 2 – 11. It is the responsibility of the parent to bring any special items their child may need.

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM        LPA MAB Panel with Dr. Daniel Hoernschmeyer and Dr. Janet Legare (Meeting Rooms 2 & 3)

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM      Parents Meeting (Meeting Rooms 2 & 3)

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM       Teen Hangout (Platinum Room B)
Teens, come meet and make new friends by hanging out with the LPA National Teen Coordinator, Faith Pedersen. Fun engaging activities, teen talk and food will be provided.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM     D6 General Assembly (Meeting Room 2)

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM      D9 General Assembly (Meeting Room 3)

Noon                                 Lunch – On your own

1:00 PM – 6:00 PM         Enjoy the Waterpark

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM         Boccia Ball (Platinum A/B)

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM         Cocktails (Meeting Rooms 4/5/6) 

6:30 PM – 8:00 PM         Dinner (Meeting Rooms 4/5/6)
Dinner to be served around 6:30 PM

8:00 PM to Midnight      “Get Your Glow On” 80’s flair/neon Dance (Meeting Rooms 4/5/6) – DJ Tyler Buterbaugh
