6:00 PM – 8:00 PM          Hospitality Suite (Salon A & B)
Come hungry, the hospitality room will have food and beverages.

Clothing Swap– During the regional, we will host a clothing swap that will kick off during on Friday evening in the Hospitality Suite and will end after the Parent’s meeting on Saturday. Parents can check out the clothes on Friday, after the general assembly or during the parents meeting. Please note, all items left unclaimed by 11:50 a.m. on Saturday will be tossed.

Saturday, April 28th

8:30 AM – 12:15 PM        Children’s Room (Salon C)
The children’s room will be staffed by local volunteers. We encourage parents to drop their children off during both the parent meeting and general assembly. The children’s room also gives kids of all sizes and ages a chance to interact with others their own age. Please note the children’s room is designed for kids aged 2 – 11. It is the responsibility of the parent to bring any special items their child may need.

8:45 AM – 9:00 AM           Registration (outside Salon A & B)

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM         D6 General Assembly (Salon A & B)

10:15 AM – 11:30 AM      Parents Meeting (Salon A & B)

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM          St. Charles Paddlewheel Riverboat Cruise, 2 N. Ave., St. Charles, IL 60174

  • Boarding starts at 1:30 p.m. on the “Fox River Queen” (wheelchair accessible), cruise departs at 2 p.m.
  • Price Per Person
    • Adult: $8.50
    • Children fifteen and under: $7.00
    • NOTE: sign up and ticket purchase will occur at registration
  • We can bring food and beverages on board if we serve and are responsible.
  • There is no parking charge for riverboat passengers.

The night will begin with cocktails from 6pm-6:30pm. Cocktail hour is for people attending the banquet.

6:30 PM - 7:15 PM           Dinner (Salon A & B)                                                                                              Dinner will be served around 6:30 PM

7:15 PM to Midnight        Dance (Salon A & B)
DJ Tyler Buterbaugh will be playing your favorite music, all night long.  There will be a cash bar available during the dance and will close at midnight.

Don't forget to bring an item for the raffle an to buy your raffle tickets for the item raffle and the 50/50.

We would like to welcome Faith Pedersen as our new Little Prairie Chapter President.  Joyce Funkhouser, is the new Chapter Treasurer.
 
Brenda Santiago is the new interim Badger Chapter President.  She is also planning to run for the Chapter President position at the fall chapter event.
 
Shari Ferolie is the new interim MadRock Chapter President and she is also planning to run for the Chapter President position at the fall chapter event.
 
I want to personally thank you guys for volunteering.  Without volunteers, LPA would not exist.  I look forward to working with you within the next year.  🙂
