We have Dwarfism Awareness Bracelets for sale. These are the same bracelets that we were selling at our Fall Regional. Bracelets are $3 each and includes shipping. They come in 8" and 7" size. The 8" seem to work well for the adults and the 7" work well for the kids.
New Mad Rock Chapter President
Dear LPA members,
I am excited to jump into my new role as MADROCK chapter president.
My family is a small one consisting of just my wife, Michele, and our adopted daughter, Erin. We first joined LPA about a year ago to help Erin be more comfortable with her achondroplasia. It has been a wonderful experience for all of us!
Mad Rock Chapter Bowling Party
MadRock Chapter Bowling party is this Sunday 11/13/11 at Prairie Lanes Bowling Alley located at 430 Clarmar Dr in Sun Prairie, WI. The time is noon to 3, pizza, soda and dessert will be provided. Discounted bowling and shoe rental is available for anyone interested in bowling. Please RSVP by Friday 11/11/11 so I can be sure to have enough space and lanes reserved. I hope to see many of you there!!
The adults night out scheduled on Saturday 11/12/11 is canceled and will be rescheduled sometime after the first of the year.

Painted Turtle
The Painted Turtle is now accepting applications for the Skeletal Dysplasia and MPS Summer Session at The Painted Turtle to be held August 13-18, 2011. Summer Camp provides an opportunity to share good times, and peer support with other children who have the same medical condition. Campers will enjoy boating and fishing, arts and crafts, woodshop, music, and much more! And doctors and nurses are available at The Painted Turtle all week to take care of any medical needs campers might have while at camp.
